When is the last time that you looked at your subscription services or bills and really evaluated if you can save money? When the payments for services like these are pulled automatically from your bank account you’re less likely to evaluate the costs – out of sight out of mind. You may have forgotten that you’re paying for something that you’re not even using.
- Cable/internet
- Netflix/Sling TV/Hulu/HBO (Come on, do you really need them all?)
- Cell phone
- Insurance coverages
- Gym membership
- Blue Apron/HelloFresh ($52 for 2 meals per week? That’s grocery haul money.)
- Ipsy/Birchbox
- Stitch Fix/Fabletics (Are you really gonna wear everything they send you?)
- Spotify/Itunes/Pandora
- Sirius XM Satellite Radio
- Magazines/newspapers (Ok, maybe no one does this)
You might find that you can give yourself a raise just by taking a quick look at what you pay for on a monthly basis and deciding that you don’t really need some of it or that you can live with a cheaper version.
